Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association TEPSA provides leadership training, networking opportunities, information and support for principals and supervisors as they strive to continually improve the education of Texas school children and the working conditions of our members. Texas High School Coaches Association THSCA's membership consists of secondary school and college coaches of all sports, dedicated to the belief that athletics is a very important part of the educational process. The Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators TASPA is the only professional organization in Texas devoted soley to representing personnel and human resources administrators in public schools. The Texas Association of Secondary School Principals TASSP is a non-profit organization serving high school and middle level principals in Texas. The Texas Council of Administrators of Special Education TCASE is the organization for special education directors, supervisors and other leaders in school districts throughout Texas.
